Attn: All Delivery Agents and Instructors, as of November 29, 2004:

    Students will now receive an envelope containing two tamper proof student completion certificates within 4-6 weeks of original class date.

Students now have 60 days from original class date to contact Empire Safety Council.  If they do not receive their certificates of completion, two duplicate certificates of completion will be mailed within 60 days, upon request, free of charge.
